Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. pantakind-D once a day half an hour before food for 10 days.
Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Have a high fiber diet.
Have smaller meals .
