Hello sir there are various options available these days sir. One is with the implant , because your other teeth hav moved into a position which was earlier occupied by the central incisor. Its has to be first rectified using orthodontic treatment which is braces. Once enough space is created u can opt for the implant. Other option include undergoing root canal treatment for the adjacent teeth depending on the clinical situation as to how many teeth have to root canal treated and then opting for caps and brigdes for these teeth. Cost factor would depend on the clinic and the dentist

Hi, I am Dr.Prashanth Marka from Hyderabad. I will try my best to help you. Loosing tooth at early age creates unpleasant appearance of face. Gaps between teeth occurred by tooth loss have to treated by replacement of lost tooth with dental implant and other spaces have to close with braces.
