Ganglion in both wrists
I have had a ganglion in my right wrist for over a year now. I feel it is affecting my movement and is painful. Also, recently I noticed a smaller ganglion in my left wrist. The physician suggest I let it be but it's seriously affecting my movement and Hurst Every time I do Yoga.  1) What is the best treatment? 2) How do I arrest the growth of the second one? 3) How to prevent in future?

First of all it needs to be assessed. Need to know what kind of cyst it is. Some cysts can be removed with a minor surgery Please consult a general surgeon for the same
