I have 2 gallstones 12 and 11 mm each but I have no symtons do i go for surgery or wait till I feel  symptoms pls suggest

Lap cholecystectomy ( gall bladder surgery ) is the only treatment. It is unwise to postpone bcz it might cause complications with time.
