I am 66 year old with multiple gallstones and very mild pain sometimes.. No diabetes.. Following oil free diet.. Sir do all people with gallstones who have pain develop complications? Or can there be some people who have symptomatic gallstones and never develop complications? Please reply 🙏

It is beneficial to a symptomatic gall stone patient to decide surgery timely, timely surgery gives fast and easy recovery. When you wait for long time with symptomatic gall stone then operation will be difficult.

If you are experiencing pain at regular interval then this itself is a complication. Do get yourself evaluated by a ultrasound abdomen and liver function test and plan for a cholecystectomy
