Take ayurvedic treatment for gall stone
Need some basic blood test report of cbc, lipid profile, usg of abdomen
Take karela ras with honey,
Take horsegram kadha two time in a day with honey
Way to improve
Healthy balanced diet more whole grains vegetables fruits and less fats and sugar specially cut down processed food
Regular aerobic exercise and yoga
Get blood test to see any deficiency of calcium and vit d
Homeopathy to help in stone and pain
You take more citrus fruits, green apple and less carbohydrates
For knee pain you also take ayurvedic medicine which are more safe
Tyaodasang gu 2 bd, astiposhak vati 1 bd, dhanwantam oil for locally application
Maha rasnadi kadha. 3 tsp with half cup of water 2 times a day
The gall bladder stone can be treated with homoeopathic medicines but it will require time due to the size of the stone. Avoid fat rich food like ghee, butter, cheese, Buffalo milk and fried food. Reduce intake of bakery products. Reduce your weight. Walk for atleast 35 min per day. Weight loss and regular exercise will help reduce knee pain too.
U have gall stones of 18mm size, which can only be removed by Surgery. If u have continuous abdominal pain and gastritis then u have to immediately go for surgery. & u have to avoid all oily food and spicy food. Milk and milk products u can take in limited amount. Leg pain may be coz of calcium deficient and depend upon ur work too
