Gallbladder polyps disappear

Replied to Dr.Manish K Gupta Thanks alot for your reply sir Sir is there any chance of mis diagnosed gallbladder polyps coz I don't have any symptoms but my abdomen scan showing 3mm polyp on my gallbladder.please explain.. Awaiting replies 🙏 🙏 I never had any problems in my gallbladder.i am very much confused and nervous
