Kidney stone if small can be treated with medicines but gall bladder stones even if small need complete removal of gall bladder with laparoscope/ laser as first gall bladder get non functional than stones starts forming. So no use of keeping diseased gallbladder in body. U can share reports to me or consult some laparoscopic surgeon

Kidney stones may dissolve with medication. Gall bladder stones don't respond well to treatment. For gall bladder stones you can either choose follow up or laparoscopic gall bladder removal.
