Gall bladder stone
Hello respected sir. I'm suffering from abdomen dullness and little pain in every afternoon. Ive done usg abdomen it shows multiple problems in the report. One doctor told me to do gall bladders surgery for removing the stone. Can medicine help I'm that case?

Hello Mr Sakhawat Hossain,
As per your ultrasonography report, there are multiple stones in your gall bladder and the size of the largest stone is 1.4cm. There are no medications for dissolving gall stones. Only treatment is surgery. The surgery will be Laparoscopic with a minimum hospital stay. We perform laparoscopic gall bladder removal as a day care procedure too.

With your symptoms and the given findings in the USG report, you will benefit from Cholecystectomy (surgery to remove the gallbladder). Note that gallbladder is removed with the stones during the operation and not just the stones.

Pain after intake of food intake indicates gall stone disease and also gastric ulcer disease..
If scan indicates gall stone clearly and pain, vomitings, fever all these combine..Get cholecystectomy done before it lands in emergency

Renal cyst nothing to do at present , observation, regular USG,
BPH Also if no symptoms, conservative management
