Gall bladder stone present
Dr hi My dad is admitted in Manipal Hospital. he has severe pain in right lower abdomen they took scan and saying he has stoness in gall bladder so need to remove it he has jaundice syntomps so they did ERCP. AND NEED TO REMOVE GALL BLADDER TOO so please suggest me what to do and he is a spinal cord operated patient before one year

Hi, if the above mentioned pain in right upper abdomen that means this is symptomatic gall bladder stone and the advice is to get the gall bladder removed laparoscopically , which is a safe surgery and is choice in today's world. Moreover he also had obstructive jaundice ( Stone in common bile duct) . There is no any other way to treat it except surgery. feel free to ask any further quary.
