Gall bladder stone
My mother having gall stones (11mm) and the  symptoms are only upper abdominal fullness no any other symptoms .. should be go for surgery immediately..

Needs further enquiry before suggesting your mother whether to go for cholecystectomy or not.. Usg documented 11 mm calculus without any other complaint is labelled as "asymptomatic cholelithiasis" and as per current medical guidelines, cholecystectomy is not to be done.. P.S:- abdominal fullness is not the presentation of gall stones.. needs further investigation for abdominal fullness too..

11mm stones with symptoms should ideally undergo surgery If she’s a diabetic then it’s more ideal to undergo surgery

Any gallstones need to be operated. It is a elective operation so you can decide and then get it operated.

Avoid fat and fried food. Tab PanD 1tab at  bed time for 10 days. May observe.
