Needs further enquiry before suggesting your mother whether to go for cholecystectomy or not..
Usg documented 11 mm calculus without any other complaint is labelled as "asymptomatic cholelithiasis" and as per current medical guidelines, cholecystectomy is not to be done..
P.S:- abdominal fullness is not the presentation of gall stones.. needs further investigation for abdominal fullness too..
