Gall bladder
Good day,
My wife is pregnant running 6th month.
During her pregnancy once she suffered from immence pain. Upon ultrasound it was found that their is sludge in her Gall bladder.
Please advise safe medication/diet/treatment.

Sorry for your condition during these tough times.
The only definitive treatment for gall stones is surgery- Cholecystectomy.
But provided she is pregnant, it's risky to baby because of general anaesthesia. So need to be watchful til delivery of baby.
Alarming symptoms which needs definitive intervention include- severe upper abdominal.pain, fever, jaundice, itching.If these happen, she.may need admission
