Galactorrhea
I am a 27 yo girl non pregnant...I have breast tenderness soreness since a month, more during pre mens days ...I went to the gynecological and she examined and told me there is milky discharge from both my nipples when squeezed and prescribed me cabergoline and asked me to do serum prolactin...I did s. Prolactin and it came out to be 18.03 ng /ml ...which is ig normal...can galactorrhea happen even if my prl level is normal ?? Or it is due to other cause...my tsh is normal.. please help...my breast pains a lot... If there is milk in there how to get rid of it

Yes it can happen in even in the presence of normal prolactin levels you need an ultrasound breast

You should go for USG  breast to rule out the cause of this pain or discharge
