After covid I gained too much weight it's 95 .I have pcos too.Now I am trying to conceive but medicine and injections are not working due to my weight as per my gynac . I tried yoga Asana and diets too but after 5 kg the weight loss stopped , now I am 90kg . I am under hermonal medicines now for fertility.
Please help me out I need to loose minimum 10-12 kg for concive ..

Losing weight is a bit tough in PCOS.. but it’s good ..you want to lose weight before pregnancy and you are reducing also.. but with medicine you should consult a dietician and staying under their supervision should reduce weight
