Hello im prudhvi tej my height is 5.6 my weight is just 40 kgs can u suggest me how to gain weight in short period and send the diet plan what to eat and what to drink

Hi weight gain is not one day process u need to gain 26 KGS that too muscle not fat. Consult with deitician for your diet planning. Write me on personal chat for counseling

Weight gain diet work slowly. You need to be patient and positive about yourself. Regular meals based on a well balanced weight gain diet would be of great help. I suggest you.
1.To follow a regular diet regime
2. Emphasis on protein based diet rather that high energy diet in order to increase lean body weight
3. Regular physical activity
On an average through these 3 steps my clients have achieved a weight gain of 700 gm per week.
