Gain weight for my Cheeks
I want to gain weight for my cheeks. Im thin, when im trying to increase my body weight,its increasing but not my cheeks.Please advise to proceed and consultant.

Hi..., increase right amount of protein in your diet.... Only calories won’t add to your body weight,include the right amount of proteins to your diet.... Eat - Eggs, lean meat, fish, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Eat more of fresh fruits, dry fruits, green leafy vegetables... Fish such as tuna and mackerel are rich in oil and are one of the best ways... Consult your Dietitian....
