Hello,
Fungal infection take a minimum of 2 months to go away and you have to properly follow up with a dermatologist.
Anti-fungal creams and medicines should not be self prescribed, it needs to be done by an expert who will observe you closely.
This can spread to your other body parts and also to others in your house so wash all your clothes separate and in hot water.
