Fungal infections
I have red patches in leg and in public region fr om 3 months.i have applied dermikem oc ointment but it is not getting controlled.kindly suggest me medicine for this

No...contains steroid.. very dangerous... alternate safe cream available...do direct private online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Stop using dermikem as it’s a steroid with side effects and it will only worsen the condition.its a fungal infection which needs treatment with oral and topical medications.consukt me online for further treatment

Kindly sent  the picture of the concerned area for a proper diagnosis  to be made , most likely you suffer  from  Fungal infection that is also known as jockeys itch , the cream you are using currently  contains a topical steroid if you use the same on a long term basis it will make the skin sensitive  and atrophic and strech Mark's will develop  , it will be better that you stop the steroid based cream that you are applying and start using a moisturizing  cream and consult a Dermatologist  online for a proper management
