Fungal infection
There are many large spots on my leg of fungal infection. First, it was at private section only...now it is appear on leg also.

Hi ma'am, good morning. Usually a fungal infection comes in flexural creases as they are more moist and prone for sweat and friction. If the infection is spreading beyond that means that it isn't being treated and got worse or you could have scratched over the original lesion and spread the fungus to your leg.
Please do not take any OTC medications that a pharmacist may give you, as it may worsen the condition. You will need to have a complete consultation, then can one prescribe you the appropriate medication 💊!
