It can be due to few reasons
Unhigene , not clean ,wet ,or wet undergarments
Use candid b ointment apply 3 times a day

Apply antifungal cream Luliconazole twice daily for 4 weeks and tab Terbinafine once daily after lunch
Also maintain appropriate hygiene and wash your clothes regularly
