Keep your pubic region clean and dry. Treatment: Tab citrazine 10 mg  at night before sleeping for 5 day's Candid cream for local application. Candid dusting powder apply regularly. Take regular bath. Wear clean underwear.

It can be due to few reasons Unhigene , not clean ,wet ,or wet undergarments Use candid b ointment apply 3 times a day This will help to reduce but if not reducing kindly visit dermatologist

Apply antifungal cream Luliconazole twice daily for 4 weeks and tab Terbinafine once daily after lunch Also maintain appropriate hygiene and wash your clothes regularly
