Fungal infection or vitiligo
She is having white dry patches on face and now it have started to appear on neck ,behind the ears , and on the back. Her T3,T4 and TSH level are normal and there is no case of vitiligo in her family from generations. So can it be fungal infection or vitiligo. It's been an year now.

Hi ! It could be a condition called seborrhoeic dermatitis . Please consult a dermatologist nearby who will examine and give an appropriate diagnosis and treatment . Since it has been a year I suggest you to do this than self treating !
