Fungal infection on penis and surrounding area(groins) Doctor gave Onecan 50mg one daily Lulican cream twice daily Abzorb powder twice daily 5 min after applying cream But i bought tetmosol soap own my own can i wash my Goin area with tetmosol soap or not as many doctors recommend not to apply soap

Treatment depends on the severity and diagnosis...Fungus or yeast infection....common around skin folds like thighs and genitals.. avoid sweating, sharing clothes,towels and soap.. specific medicine required depends on the severity.. for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Tetmosol might irritate your skin. Instead you can use some ketoconazole soap or body wash.
