Fungal infection on breast and upper are
I am experiencing a fungal infection near my neck and breast area. It started with mild itchiness, but over time the affected area has developed dark patches. The itching is still mild, but the pigmentation is increasing and causing concern. I would like to know the possible treatment options and how this condition can be cured completely. Please also advise if any tests, medications, or topical treatments are required, and whether there are specific precautions related to hygiene, clothing, or diet that I should follow.

This need not be a fungal infection and that needs to be first ascertained. It sounds more like a condition we allude to as Seborrheic Dermatitis going by your description and the pigmentation issues following this. A more detailed personal history and pics may be useful Do any other contacts suffer from a similar ailment and do you share clothing with friends/siblings ?
Next Steps
Consult Online and we should be able to sort this out ASAP
Health Tips
Hygeine maintenance Treatment of clothes/towels etc Blood tests as deemed necessary Treatment of partners/friends/family members may be required
