I have attached the CT PNS report with the summary. Doctor have suggested to go for "Functional endoscopic sinus surgery". Wanted to consider the second opinion if this can be cured by medication?

left nostril blocked
Eye brows pain
Very bad smell from nose
Thick liquid comes out more like pus

As per your description and CT scan report it's infected Left sided antrochoanal polyp.. Medicines are required to settle the infection..then endoscopic removal of polyp..
