Hello,  I went through your query,  Onychomycosis, also called tinea unguium, is a fungal infection that affects either the fingernails or toenails. Based on severity, treated with antifungal creams or gels in mild to moderate case,  for severe and hard to treat mild cases require oral antifungal tablets,  and for very severe and recurring infection you may need removal of nail,  please consult a dermatologist.
