I have weird acne growing on one part of my face, it is not regular acne that I get, it is very stubborn and is not going away, but definitely increasing in size. I can see puss growing inside it now. It is slightly painful, and I'm afraid its spreading.
It has been there for almost 2 weeks, growing slowly.
I clean my face twice daily with a normal facewash and don't really use any specific cream for my face, mostly aloe vera gel.
Can someone please recommend an over the counter solution for this? Some antifungal cream safe for face or similar?

Acne lesions won't be same always. There are many factors that effect severity of acne. So detailed history and clear images are required for proper management. Over the counter solution is not enough for this type of lesions. Do not use medicine without proper prescription.
