Fundal Height
I am 29 weeks but my SFH is 36cms. Is it normal? My doctor said not to worry about it. But I'm still scared.

In the days of ultrasound being available in each Street in the Country, I don't know what is the relevance of SFH in the management of an Obstetric patient. At 29 weeks the assessed weight of the foetus will be about 1 kg.  And if we measure the weight of the baby by the SFH it will be 3.6 kg.  Obviously with this kind of fundal height there can be either multiple pregnancies (twins or triplets) , or extreme degree of excess liquor. It would have been better if the doctor had asked for an ultrasound scan rather than saying "not to worry".
