Sir I have functional tremor in hand and suddenly low smell sallowing problem and leg internal vibration in right is it parkinson's I am 20 year I don't no sir what is it I am fear please say

Parkinsonism doesn't manifest itself at the age of 20 years. Your varied symptoms can't be correlated . I suggest you should consult a Neurophysician and a Psychiatrist in your area for a physical examination and further management.
