Ultrasound finding on 9th day of cycle, report shows 33*18 mm functional cyst in left ovary and ET is 6mm, uterus is retroflexed. Is there any problem with this report?

This cyst will interfere with ovulation. Just randomly plan your pregnancy this cycle but periods comes as usual. Do an follicular study on day 2 or 3 to find whether this cyst gets disappeared

Functional cyst is usually temporary and will go away , but may be the chances of pregnancy in this cycle are less as there is functional cyst already , rest u can ask details to ur gynec as she /he is the main treating doctor
