I have right ovarian cyst of 31*18 mm size and my left ovary is fine ..which medicine should i take?

Without seeing the report whether its simple cyst or follicle or cl or hemorrhagic cysr, difficult to say. If you don’t have any problem thn do nothing, simple cyst resolve on its own
