Fullness of collecting system

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I Am suffering with left abdominal pain. In ultra sound report says fullness of collecting system in left kidney. But my urine culture report was normal. My last periods was on last December 16 and yet to happen this month and pregnancy report was negative. Gynaecologist suggested me to consult a urologist . What should I do now?

Abdominal pain with PCS fullness and no stone on USG report is likely suggestive of passed out small stone.. Drink plenty of water.. Maintain good hydration.. If your symptoms persists then you may need to get your CT scan done
