Full bladder- more amniotic fluid
If urine bladder is full during transvaginal or trams abdominal scan . Will it show more like more amniotic fluid
In emptied bladder will it show less amniotic fluid. Or no effect of bladder on amniotic fluid index

Maternal full bladder has no relation with Amniotic fluid index.
Polyhydramnios is related to Fetal condition or Maternal condition like GDM.
Consult ur Gynecologist to understand and to know the exact cause.
