Fruit combination
I workout everyday in the morning. After that I have one serving of whey isolate mixed with water. After an hour I have fruits for breakfast. Is it safe to have banana, apple and orange together? I don't have any allergy or any issues as such. In the afternoon I have proper lunch which includes roti sabzi dal salad etc and same at night. Is the fruit combination ok to consume together?

Gud morning no not good to have at one time.Try to have proper breakfast fruits u can have either in mid morning snacks or else after 1hr of lunch.
