Frozen shoulder causing both mascular and nerve pain. physio therapy helping 60% but anti inflamatory drugs not useful. also pain releiver sprays causing allergy .

Hello there..... Treatment is focused on relieving pain and restoring your shoulder's normal range of motion. Your orthopedician may suggest that you take a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication to quiet inflammation and ease pain. Sometimes an injection of a corticosteroid into the shoulder joint or nearby soft tissues may be needed....
