Frozen shoulder
I've been experiencing shoulder stiffness and pain since 1 month unable to lift my left arm in full length it is very painful

There are many shoulder conditions which can give same symptoms. Frozen shoulder is more common in middle age women with medical history of diabetes. However, we need to rule out other pathology including arthritis and rotator cuff muscles. Management depends upon diagnosis and it may include manual therapy, exercise therapy and acupuncture.
