I have Left Shoulder and thumb joint pain and restricted movement of the hand/shoulder. This condition started over six months ago. Kindly advise

Shoulder is a complex structure and needs to be examined well for exact cause of your query anyways if you’ve been diagnosed for frozen shoulder then you can go in for some anti inflammatories and capsular stretching.
