I have facing this issue more than a year, my both shoulder pains and there is a popping and cracking sounds comes wen i rotate my hands, i work in a call center and i have to be on computer for 8-9 hours.. I have done hijama cupping therapy, physio therapy, workout for a month.. But there has bewn no change...i tried changing my siting, sleeping posture too. Because of this by head pains too and sometimes spine too, kindly suggest...i have met doctors they stated that popping sound wont go whole lifee time... Its too much stress now when i have pain in my body...please help
