A well cooked curry if stored in refrigerator can be reused once within 24hrs if reheated.Do not refrigerate again for further  reheating again

Dear Patient, Yes, you can safely prepare curry the previous day, refrigerate it, and pack it for your children’s lunch after reheating. Many working parents follow this method, and it is safe if proper food-handling precautions are followed. What you should do for safety • Cook the curry properly and allow it to cool to room temperature within 1–2 hours (do not leave outside overnight). • Store it in a clean, airtight container in the refrigerator. • In the morning, reheat it thoroughly until it becomes steaming hot (this kills most bacteria). • Pack in an insulated lunch box to keep it warm till lunch time. Which foods store well • Dry vegetables (aloo, beans, paneer, mixed veg) • Dal, rajma, chole • Chicken or egg curry (if properly refrigerated) • Avoid reheating multiple times (reheat only once). • If any sour smell, bubbles, or unusual taste — do not use. • Add fresh roti or rice in morning for better quality. Since you are also dealing with migraine and morning rush, preparing food at night is actually a very practical and healthy solution and will reduce stress. If you want, I can also suggest a weekly lunch planning routine for kids that saves time and keeps nutrition balanced. Take care.

Fresh food is good , dont reheating ,also risk of food poisoning because of summer region ,bacterial growth is favorable. So try to pack fresh food.i understand that its not easy for you because you also have migraine issue ,so try some foods which take less time and healthy also.thank you.
