Hypo plastic frontal sinus is normal variant of different types of frontal sinuses and does not require any treatment. You may be having acute rhinitis or sinusitis which can be treated by a course of antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
