Sinus (liquid in sphenoid sinus)

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I m taking ventocore dl tablet for 2 months for chronic sinus, after taking tablets for 2 months .. now I have ear pressure and mild head ache often. Past two days I feel like very weak and having leg knee joint pain .. please note that I m staying in Abu Dhabi .. so please suggest suitable solution .

Balloon Sinuplasty should help you. It is a minimally invasive procedure where a thin guide wire is threaded into the affected sinus and a balloon is positioned at the sinus opening and inflated thereby dilating the opening for about 10 seconds. It created microfractures in the sinus bone opening ensuring that the sinus opening remains dilated. This ensures proper drainage of the infected sinus cavity and proper entry of medicines administered as nasal sprays into the sinus.
