Hi,
1. Crown .. more natural would be metal free that is Zirconium... have most natural looking and long lasting with proper maintainance ( nowadays you are getting warranty (10 to 15 years) for the crown itself.. you can opt for those) .
2. Tooth ... But before you go ahead with crowning ... I advice you to evaluate the tooth itself ,... usually when there is trauma... tooth may become non-vital over a period of time.( months to years) ,so yoh may have to get an X-ray and vitality test to conclude that.
If tooth is non-vital ,you have to go for root canal treatment (RCT) and CROWN , IF its vital... then no need for RCT.... go ahead with direct Crown.
Next Steps
visit dentist for evaluatio. and treatment
Health Tips
not to leave unattended ,to avoid complication of infection.
