• tablet moxiclav cv 625mg (1/2 in the morning and 1 at night)-1 week •tablet Pan-D (1 in the morning and night) before food- 1 week • syrup citralka (10ml with water 3 times a day) after food- 1 week

Do a Urine RE and blood for creatinine. Then if there is any abnormality, consult an Uro/Nephro Though it might be normal
