Frequently getting lower back pain
Since last weak, I am not able to sit due to lower back pain, when I do exercise getting some relief, please suggest for permanent solution, daily I am travelling on byke 30 Kms up and down.

Your posture at work and on the bike is the most likely cause of the problems with your back. If you carry any loads on your back, then it will only make it worse. You need to take painkillers and at the same time also work on strengthening your lower back with exercises like yoga. Keeping your back in good posture will help to control your back pain.
