Hi All, My son is 3 years old and has been falling I'll with same pattern sore throat,nose block and high fever, in last 4 months this is the 5th time. I am totally clueless, don't know what to do to improve his immunity. His weight is stable, otherwise growth is fine  but frequent illness is worrying us.

Recurrent fever is worrying for parents. I would say that this is not a problem of lack of immunity. It is normal for children to get repeated coughs and colds, roughly 8-10 times in an year. A consultation with paediatrician is needed of your child becomes excessively unwell during these episodes.
