  4. Frequent Toilet problem. Please suggest!

Frequent Toilet problem
I don't have loose motion but still I need to go toilet 3 4 times per day , specially after having meal I feel same... sometimes I have Gas problem also ..what can be reason and cure please suggest Thank you
