Frequent throat clearing.

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I frequently clear my throat and sometimes having black mucus from lungs.I am having this problem from last 1 month. I smoke/dtink occasionally.i consulted with an ENT specialist he gave me 15 days medicine of Mento FX AND Rafron L and one syrup for hearth burn(I don't feel heartburn). Is it a sign of any serious disease. I don't have any problem except frequent throat clearing. Please help me.

It seems to be acid reflux. It's not necessary to have heart burn. Continue d same medication. If black mucus persists get General physician consultation done.
