I get frequent tearing from the right eye whenever I do something with concentration, eg: watching the computer/mobile screen or even if trying to apply eyeliner on the other eye. It gets relieved by itself if I close my eyes fro 5-10 minutes. Is it normal or should I be worried about something?

you might be having computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
Next Steps
follow 20 20 formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C.. keep proper distance between eyes and screen.
