Frequent recurrence of sour throat.
(Acute DNS towards left and Granular pharyngitis) I have frequently down with sore throat and have been seeing ENT for the treatement for the last several years but no permanent solution. Every few weeks/ months the episode reoccurs. Last treatment prescribed was Mcin 400 OD, Dolonex DT OD, (for 5 days), Xyzal for 2 weeks, Monteck 10 x 3weeks, Rabonik DSR OD x 4 weeks. Is there any ermanent solution

If you have gross DNS and granular pharyngitis, probability of underlying sinusitis is high. You will need a CT PNS to confirm the same. Get it done after a course of antibiotic when you feel normal
