Going through ur concert after reading all about ur child - he has loose stool 3 times - colour is not important- important is for how many days ? U don’t write it- hope it is for one day - another things like vomiting - abdominal discomfort or pain - with or without fever u don’t mention- u give entromax - that is bacillus Clausii - u can continue it - it will be helpful- but u have to look for detoriating sings or symptoms- to consult paediatrician are -frequency and amount increases, vomiting, fever , blood in stool .,Now coming to the inhalation steroid-u r not properly written the cause - the child having repeated cough and wheeze - child hood asthma - so on inhalation budesonide - no contraindications with entromax - u can continue it safely.

Hi, No need to use budesonide for adenoid and tonsil related problems. Kindly consult Pediatrician and stop those
For loose stools u can ORS(when ever child passes stools)and use enterogermina respules. For 3 to 4 days.
Kindly consult a pediatrician and stop budesonide as it is not required in adenoid issues, nasal spray will suffice.
For loose stools, yes you can give entromax and ORS mainly
