Frequent motions in 5 month old baby
My 5 month 10 days old baby has been passing motions frequently from past 15 days. Earlier he used to pass motions once a week that too pasty in texture. Now, he is passing grainy yellowish motion which is not pasty. Today, he passed 4 motions of which the last one was more watery. Earlier also, he had loose motions. We gave enterogermina and it was fine. Should I be worried?

Stools depends totally on the diet you give,consistency is more important than number at this age.Having said that,give 1 solid meal,which must include curd and banana,and 5 milk feeds,including 1 top feed.
He will be fine,maintain hygiene.
